Welcome to Insurance Dimes! We started out as a passion project in 2023 from an apartment in New York City. This is a space where we create data visualizations on things that we find interesting, which are often related to finance and insurance, but also at times related to inflation, prices of food, the environment, etc.

You may notice the interdisciplinary nature of our publication. We believe that by pulling multiple schools of thought together, we can create something that is truly unique and valuable for our audience.

We strive to create quality content to help us all learn something new and to think of the world through a different perspective that one might not have initially considered.

Today, insurance dimes serves over 576,000 readers from around the world, slowly striving to create a positive impact through independent journalism.

Our team consists of a group of contributors with professional background in Finance, Risk management, and Sustainability. In more recent times one of our team members has began their CFA journey, which is why you might see some finance focused topics discussed here.
